The Association of
California Community and Energy Services (ACCES) comprises
Community Action Agencies, Community Based Organizations,
non-profit and for-profit organizations which provide
services to low income households throughout California. Our
members operate a variety of programs including Community
Services Block Grant, Low Income Home Energy Assistance
Program, administered by the state department of Community
Services and Development, and the Low Income Energy
Efficiency Programs administered by the California Public
Utilities Commission.
Our members work to insure that all low income Californians
have adequate access to resources intended to help them.
